• Needs Assessment & Research (typical : 1 - 12 hours)
Long before you decide to buy from us, you have to assess the needs of your client and research available solutions.
• Setup & Configuration (typical : 1 - 2 hours)
This can include: configuring setup options, setting up user accounts, adding additional data fields, etc.
• Template Design (typical : 1 - 20 hours)
Our reference to web template can be used as a starting point, however, in order to match the "look & feel" of a website the program's templates need to be customized. This process is just as involved as designing regular web pages and can take a significant amount of time.
• Website Integration (typical: 1 - 10 hours)
After everything has been setup, there's still the process of website integration. Links have to be added, navigation updated, graphics adjusted. Just like a new section or web page, a new software product needs to be integrated into the existing site.
• Client Training & Support (typical : 1 - 6 hours)
Many clients will still require some training, Whether it's on-site, over the phone or even emailed instructions.

• Database/Programming Services (typical : 1 - 30 hours)
Many clients will still require situations where they can updated their own web page and provide secure logins for certain people.
